Blue Dog Yoga, Camden's premiere yoga and wellness studio, is located at 1519 Park Circle, in historic, downtown Camden, SC, in a private, beautiful and serene setting. Class size is limited, so personal attention is ensured. The comfortable studio is situated in a circa 1904 Colonial home surrounded by mature magnolias, Southern pines  and serene gardens.   The studio is home to two friendly yoga therapy cats, should you have any allergies. Blue Dog Yoga can also come to your business, school or residence if you prefer.

Come experience  the amazing, life-changing practice of yoga from a seasoned, dedicated and passionate  teacher.

Gentle yoga

"Welcome!" - she welcomes

not in staking a claim;

she owns all that Beauty,

and she's offering the same.

~ Russ Watson, student at BDY

After you’re comfortable with the introduction to yoga, you can move into a more seasoned class. Each week, Yoga Flow "flows" with the seasons and offers something new - perhaps a vigorous Ashtanga style class, or a sweet, supportive and yummy Yin. Lisa draws from over 20 years of yoga experience and teaching to bring something valuable each week! Classes are suitable for most levels, but are often more challenging than the gentle class.

Yoga with a therapeutic application

YOGA & WELLNESS for a balanced life!

Blue Dog Yoga

A little slice of nirvana in the South.

These private classes approach yoga as a form of healing the whole person in a gradual and subtle way. Private yoga therapy classes can address issues of physical wellness; spiritual or emotional trauma; healing injury; meeting particular goals; or to offer support in almost any stressful or challenging situation. Yoga therapy provides a strong foundation for healing and overall wellness. Individual wellness plans are included.

Join Lisa every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9 am for a sweet and slow gentle and restorative practice. This class uses many props, longer holds and a softer emphasis to bring the student into a positive vibrational space that is nourishing for mind, body and spirit.
